Nova Law & Real Estate is a law firm founded and headed by Nil Hierro, a practising lawyer since 1999, based in Tarragona and providing both national and international advice. The firm advises individuals, families, professionals and companies, with particular emphasis on civil and real estate law, insolvency and second-chance law, banking and mortgage law, contracts, family law and matters with an international dimension.

Nil Hierro

Nil Hierro is the founder and director of Nova Law & Real Estate and personally oversees the legal direction of the matters entrusted to the firm.
His professional career combines more than twenty-five years of legal practice with previous experience in public administration and specialist training in various legal and real estate disciplines.
His approach to the profession is based on accessibility, transparency and direct communication with the client, ensuring that the client is always aware of the status of the matter, the different legal options and the practical consequences of each decision.
As a licensed real estate agent, he brings a particularly practical perspective to property transactions, sales and purchases, investments, due diligence, property-related disputes and other asset transactions, both nationally and internationally.
